  7. 286 PC with 1 MB RAM
  8. If your PC has only 1 MB RAM and more than 50 MB of used disk space, it is
  9. likely, that Windows will start to swap during the read of the whole directory
  10. tree. You will recognize this by a very slow counting of the 'Files' number.
  11. A find run may need a whole night to complete. In such a case, you should split
  12. your search runs to smaller parts of the disk (directories). The beginning of
  13. the swapping depends on the number of files to investigate and not on their
  14. size.

  17. There is a white stripe between the tool bar and the status bar. This is only
  18. unsightly.

  22. Interruption of Search Runs
  23. You can now press the 'Interrupt' button instead of pressing the 'ESC' key for
  24. interrupting search runs. During a search run, the reading on the 'Close'
  25. button changes to 'Interrupt'.
  26. The question 'You hit "ESC". OK to interrupt search?' was replaced with the
  27. warning 'Search interrupted'.

  29. National Language Support in File Names
  30. File names containing the letters Σ, ÷, ⁿ, ▀ are processed correctly.

  32. Virus Scan
  33. We scanned the distribution disk for viruses and found none.

  35. ATI Graphics Ultra Pro
  36. If you are running this graphics card in the 1280x1024 mode, the status bar will
  37. be invisible, because the tool bar overlaps the status bar. This is a windows
  38. drivers problem. Sorry we have no work around for that problem.

  41. If you are running this graphics card in the 640x480 mode, there is a white
  42. stripe between the tool bar and the status bar. This is only unsightly.
